Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. You can cancel your order by emailing us at aalnakolkata7@gmail.com. We will not be able to process cancellations after this period.

Return Policy:

1. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, you need to share a complete unboxing video at aalnakolkata7@gmail.com to be eligible for the returning the product.

2. We accept returns for products that are unused and in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

3. Please note shipping charges for returning the product back has to be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy:

1. We offer a 100% refund on all orders that are cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours of placing the order, we will not be able to issue a refund.

2. Refunds will be issued in your bank account, which you need to mention over email.

3. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of cancellation or receipt of the returned product.
